The couple got to know each other in September 1989 and got married in Urumqi City on December 24, 1994. After marriage, they had a son named Wang Dujiahe on August 20, 1998. Later, the incompatibility between the husband and the wife caused alienation of mutual affection. Now, through voluntary consultation, both parties reached an agreement and entered into the divorce agreement as follows:
I. The two parties agree to divorce.
II. Child Raising, Child Support and Visitation Right:
The son shall be raised by the wife and live with the wife. The husband shall be fully responsible for the child support (including the child care, education and medical expenses). The husband shall pay the son’s tuition and living expenses on time every year until the son finishes his studies and starts to work. The son will visit his father on festivals or holidays.
III. Disposal of Marital Property:
(1) Deposits: Each party has disclosed their assets and liabilities to the other party, while its deposits and stocks remain unchanged.
(2) Real estate: The property ownership of the house (address: XXX belongs to the wife. The house (address: XXX) was purchased by the wife in the husband’s name due to difficulty in getting loan shall belong to the wife. The procedures for change of the house owner’s name shall be handled within two years after the divorce, and the husband agreed to help the wife go through all the related formalities. The transfer expense shall be borne by the wife. No other property disputes exist between the parties.
(3) Other properties: The property of each party before marriage shall be owned separately, and the personal articles of daily use and jewelry of each party shall be owned separately.
IV. Debt Disposal:
Both parties confirm that during the life of the marriage, if either party has any external debts, the debtor shall bear them by himself/herself.
V. Liability for Concealing or Transferring Marital Property:
Neither party shall conceal, falsify or transfer marital property or pre-marital property. If either party conceals or falsifies any property other than the property listed above, or transfers or surreptitiously withdraw any property within two years prior to the signing of this agreement, the other party shall have the right to acquire half of the property concealed, falsified or transferred by the other party upon discovery.
